Scorpia Rising
Edit
He was a Greek businessman who did business with SCORPIA, and in particular, Zeljian Kurst. Xenopolos wanted Kurst to recover the Elgin Marbles that belonged to his country before he died of old age. Kurst took advantage of that opportunity to help finance his newest plan with SCORPIA associates Razim and Julius Grief. Xenopolos died before SCORPIA retreived the Marbles because Kurst wanted to wait for the money first. With both the jewels and the money, Kurst could finance Razim's plan.[1]
